About the Role

Ufinity Ventures Pvt Ltd is hiring on behalf of CKPC Properties for the role of Design Associate. In this role, you will support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables, ensuring adherence to CKPC's playbook, brand standards, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and periodic updating of CKPC's Design Playbook, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and evolving best practices.
  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to GFC.
  • Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and version control.
  • Flag deviations and escalating unresolved design issues.
  • Review submissions for technical accuracy and alignment with approved plans.

Growth Alignment

Acts as the central engine driving design standardization, enabling faster rollout across CKPC's expansion strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration

Reporting to the Head of Design; will partner closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.

Who We're Looking For

8–10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion

Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks
