Job DescriptionExperience: 13 to 15 YrsJob Location: Bangalore or Outside Bangalore as well, Need a Strong CandidateShift Time: 11 AM to 8 PMNotice Period: Immediate to max 15 daysSkills Required: RPA-UiPath, Orchestrator, Insights, Document Understanding, AI/ML, RESTful API Web Services, Solid Programming knowledge, SQL, Source Code Management, Setting up CI/CD pipelines, Project ManagementJob DetailsOverall 13 to 15 years of IT experience in an IT programming development environment6+Years of Experience in UiPath developmentExcellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET, Excel VBA)Strong knowledge in SQL/DatabaseShould be familiar in understanding client requirements, conducting system analysis, designing, developing, testing and implementing RPA solutions as per system requirement specificationHaving a certification as UiPath developer is an added plusStrong experience in UiPath Orchestrator, Insights, Automations involving API Integrations, Web Services.Knowledge in UiPath Document Understanding, AI Computer VisionStrong experience in Root Cause AnalysisExcellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skillsKnowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skillsExcellent Problem Management, Solution Management , Conflict Management, People Management skillsTeam handling and client handlingExperience working with source code management (GitHub repo)Excellent communication skills to work with the Customers and the RPA teamShould be able to Train the juniors on UIPath and bring them onboardExperience in handling a team of developers and support professional is mandatoryExcellent documentation skills (TDD, Process Documents, Issue Logs)Monitors and manages project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget and schedule manages variancesProactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plansIdentifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budgetAnticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solutionDevelop and manage plans to address project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatsDemonstrate business analytics to manage and meet sponsor and customer needs
