Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and personable Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or tour and travel industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a flair for building relationships, and the drive to meet sales targets. As a Sales Executive at Kikar Lodge, you will play a key role in promoting our resort services and ensuring the growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Promote the resort's offerings, including accommodation, events, and recreational packages, to potential clients.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.

Address client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to convert leads into sales.

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients and prospects.

Negotiate contracts and finalize deals that align with company goals and objectives.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of booked services.

Regularly report sales activities, performance metrics, and feedback to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

1-2 years of proven experience in sales within the hotel, resort, or travel industry.

Personality:

Dashing, energetic, and confident personality with a professional approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Sales Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Good understanding of the hospitality and travel industry, with knowledge of resort services, packages, and client expectations.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Education:

A degree or diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
