MSI COMMUNICATIONS began its journey in 2016 with a small retail store in Calicut, Kerala, India, offering a diverse range of mobile accessories. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Sales Promoter. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting products, engaging customers, delivering information about product features and benefits, and driving sales. The role involves direct customer interaction, maintaining organized product displays, and assisting in both in-store and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales and Sales Promotion skills
  • Proficiency with Operating Systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
  • Prior experience in retail or sales roles is beneficial
