Job Title: Senior AI/ML EngineerLocation: HyderabadExperience Required: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Python programming and hands-on experience in deploying machine learning and AI solutions at scale. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems across a range of industries.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and related frameworks.- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.- Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.- Research and implement the latest algorithms in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.- Deploy models using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).- Maintain and improve existing ML pipelines and infrastructure.- Conduct A/B testing and statistical evaluations of model performance.- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.- Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, XGBoost, etc.- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical analysis.- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.- Familiarity with cloud-based ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML).- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.- Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC).- Publications or contributions to open-source ML projects.- Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.Why Join Us?- Cutting-edge AI/ML projects across various domains.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Opportunities for growth and continuous learning.- Flexible working arrangements and competitive salary package.Thanks,Renuka
