Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Python programming and hands-on experience in deploying machine learning and AI solutions at scale. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and related frameworks.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Research and implement the latest algorithms in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Deploy models using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Maintain and improve existing ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical evaluations of model performance.
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, XGBoost, etc.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML).
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC).
- Publications or contributions to open-source ML projects.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.
