Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage backend operations of the forex trading platform.
  • Validate and process financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit bi-weekly reports to management.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
  • Support the operations team in ensuring smooth business processes.
  • Contribute to improving overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Conduct data research on financial markets.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional communication with other teams to address client requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of the financial industry.
