Business Manager Sales

Role Overview:
As a Business Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, driving project closures, and achieving monthly sales targets.
This role requires strong leadership skills, customer relationship management expertise, and the ability to guide a team of designers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Funnel Ownership: Manage the complete sales process to ensure a higher conversion rate and successful project closures.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets of 12 to 15 projects by ensuring consistent new project bookings.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 6 to 10 designers, providing them with training and guidance to meet their individual targets.
- Customer Experience Management: Ensure superior customer experience through effective relationship management and prompt issue resolution.
- Designer Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and support to designers to enhance their sales skills and achieve desired outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B-Arch preferred). Candidates with other degrees must possess relevant industry exposure.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2C Business Development and Growth.
- Leadership Skills: At least 12 months of managerial experience leading a team.
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve results.
- Effective customer relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction.
