Role Overview: The Brand Collaborator will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals with leading digital platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, and CRED. The focus is to promote by securing listings, scratch card deals, discount coupons, and other promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in managing similar partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify and approach digital platforms for collaboration opportunities.
  • Secure brand visibility through promotional tools like coupons, scratch cards, and exclusive deals.

2) Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Draft and finalize agreements with partner platforms.

3) Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential platforms and opportunities for collaboration.

4) Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and decision-makers.
  • Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups to drive partnerships to closure.

5) Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor the success of collaborations through data and analytics.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management on the ROI of each partnership.


Key Requirements:

1) Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in managing brand collaborations, preferably with digital payment platforms, e-commerce platforms, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and close high-value deals independently.


2) Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and presentations.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills to secure favorable deals.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions.


3) Knowledge:

  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital payment platforms' operational and promotional structures.
  • Familiarity with promotional campaigns like coupons, scratch cards, and cashback offers.

4) Personality Traits:

  • Self-motivated and result driven.
