Qualification:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s/master's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.

2. Skills and Competencies:

• Proven expertise in ideation, storytelling, and content writing.

• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand differentiation.

3. Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in branding, marketing, or content creation, preferably in the education sector.

• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with measurable success.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy and Development:

• Develop, execute, and manage the institution’s branding strategy across all channels.

• Define and maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity.

2. Content Creation and Ideation:

• Ideate and craft compelling content for campaigns, social media, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

• Ensure all content reflects the institution’s core values and resonates with target audiences (students, parents, alumni, and industry partners).

3. Editing and Design Tools:

• Use advanced editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) to create visually appealing content.

• Collaborate with designers to produce creative assets, ensuring high standards of quality.

4. Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and feedback.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with academic departments, admissions teams, and event organizers to align branding efforts with institutional goals.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets.

6. Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in education branding.

• Propose innovative ideas to differentiate the institution in a competitive educational landscape.
