In this leadership role, you will spearhead data science initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure that our machine learning models deliver optimal performance and innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.Key Responsibilities:● Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI models to create cutting-edge data-driven applications.● Take charge of strategies involving Large Language Models (LLMs) for diverse natural language processing tasks like text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.● Design, implement, and optimize Supervised Learning Models (SLMs), placing a strong emphasis on fine-tuning to enhance model performance. This includes hyperparameter optimization, architecture adjustments, and task-specific refinements.● Conduct in-depth experiments and research to advance model refinement and efficacy, documenting insights and best practices to share with the team.● Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions.● Employ techniques such as
