The Transportation Product team is part of the Amex GBT Egencia Marketplace organization. The team manages the entire lifecycle of the Air and Rail transactions on our platform, focusing on ensuring we deliver the most value to our travelers. From end-to-end shopping, booking, and post-booking experiences to smart machine learning recommendations, we enable businesses to align company and employee incentives to realize the full value of their travel investment. For this position, the Senior Product Manager will contribute to expanding Egencia's servicing capabilities, helping to provide more self-service options to our travelers, so they can adjust their travel plans for both voluntary and involuntary changes. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the strategic mastermind connecting the dots between user needs, technological innovation, and business goals on a global scale. If you’re passionate about creating products in a B2B SaaS environment that can improve the travel experience, we’d love to meet you.  What You’ll Do   Be the expert for your products, combining industry analysis, end-user feedback, and continuing to evolve to the product vision and strategy for your domain  Lead and communicate product roadmaps for your domain  Build relationships with cross-functional teams at Amex GBT, including user experience, engineering, analytics, marketing, commercial, operations, and more  Work with partners across product, technology and operations to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions, and deliver world-class products  Understand our company and product objectives, business traveler challenges, and opportunities to improve the travel experience  Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment and marketing, including prioritization of maximum impact initiatives, anticipating delivery risks and managing trade-offs  Pull, analyze, and share data to drive prioritization and decision making  Define and drive business outcomes and metrics for your domain  Incorporate the latest technology available including AI into products to improve the user experience  What We’re Looking For   Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent  6+ years of software product management experience  Deep understanding of product management industry standards and innovations  Experience with current Agile, UX practices, frameworks for product discovery, and launch strategies  Travel industry experience beneficial (airline, hotel, online travel agencies or other travel-tech companies)  Passionate about approaching projects collaboratively and with a positive attitude to deliver quality products on time  Able to communicate in a concise and clear way to senior leaders, technical, and non-technical partners from around the world  Strong strategic perspective; able to see the big picture and roll up your sleeves to push projects through to completion  Passionate about developing product best practices, and building a strong product management community  Location Gurgaon, IndiaThe #TeamGBT Experience Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.
