About Our Company:
Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt Ltd based in Ahmedabad, provides services to US-based Architecture, Engineering, and Construction group of companies:
Russell and Dawson – An Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm ( – BIM Modeling Services Firm ( – Procurement as a Service Provider ( are a nimble and growing organization where everyone’s role is very important for the company’s business success. All team members’ contributions have a direct correlation with the company’s performance in meeting its business and financial objectives.
Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate with over 2 years of experience with any of the following qualifications: Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter CA), Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS), MBA in Finance, or LLB/ LLM .
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various compliance tasks to ensure our organization's adherence to various US Federal and State legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Location:
Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings:
6pm to 3am
Monday to Friday
Work from office only
Responsibilities:
Managing and submitting annual reports to the appropriate state authorities in the U.S.;
Coordinating for insurance related matters
Conducting compliance research across various U.S. states and providing insights to ensure regulatory adherence
Overseeing the registration and compliance processes for different business entities (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp) across multiple states;
Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance issues;
Working with surety companies to obtain bonds for various projects
Skills Required:
Education: Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter CA), Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS), MBA in Finance, or LLB.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Research skills
Experience (required but not mandatory):
*2+ years in finance and accounting.
*1+ year in corporate compliance, ideally for U.S.-based clients.
