HRD India is a leading provider of engineering and construction services, specializing in building information modeling (BIM). We are currently seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed digital models of buildings and infrastructure projects, using advanced BIM software. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop BIM models that adhere to project specifications and standardsCreate and modify detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure systems, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing componentsInterpret and apply design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to accurately model building elementsPerform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different systems and components within the BIM modelAssist in the development and maintenance of BIM libraries and templates to improve modeling efficiency and accuracyGenerate 2D drawings and construction documents from the BIM modelsParticipate in project meetings and coordinate with project team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BIM deliverableReviewing consultant design drawings & specificationCreate 3D Model of MEP services and coordinate in Autodesk Navisworks platformCreate Revit Generic FamilyElectrical Design & DetailingPrepare BOQ/Quantity Take off/Installation Drawings

RequirementsBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field4 to 8 years of relevant experience in BIM modelingProficient in using BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or NavisworksStrong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsKnowledge of construction processes and industry standardsAbility to interpret and apply design drawings, specifications, and project documentationExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
