HRD India is a leading provider of engineering and construction services, specializing in building information modeling (BIM). We are currently seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed digital models of buildings and infrastructure projects, using advanced BIM software. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop BIM models that adhere to project specifications and standards
  • Create and modify detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure systems, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
  • Interpret and apply design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to accurately model building elements
  • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different systems and components within the BIM model
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM libraries and templates to improve modeling efficiency and accuracy
  • Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from the BIM models
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BIM deliverable
  • Reviewing consultant design drawings & specification
  • Create 3D Model of MEP services and coordinate in Autodesk Navisworks platform
  • Create Revit Generic Family
  • Electrical Design & Detailing
  • Prepare BOQ/Quantity Take off/Installation Drawings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling
  • Proficient in using BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
  • Ability to interpret and apply design drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualification: Architecture or Electrical; B.Arch, BTech, Diploma

Location: Kolkata
