Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Analyst, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various aspects of data management, analysis, and reporting. You will play a key role in executing day-to-day list operations, generating marketing KPI reports, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to drive marketing effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesPerform data analysis to derive insights aimed at enhancing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish goals, monitor progress, and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports, spotlighting key metrics and trends.Monitor and analyze customer behavior, engagement, and conversion data to pinpoint opportunities for optimization.Harness marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for the management and analysis of marketing data.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and boost efficiency.Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies.Conduct competitive analysis to discern market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including efforts in segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
