This role is focused on lead generation, proposal drafting, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and a sound understanding of Word Press development to bridge the gap between technical teams and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:● Generate and qualify leads through platforms like , Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach● Understand client requirements and prepare accurate, technically sound proposals for Word Press projects● Collaborate with technical teams to scope project timelines, features, and cost estimates● Share proposals, handle queries, and follow up with leads until closure● Maintain proper lead tracking and communication history in PM tools● Stay informed on trends in Word Press, plugins, page builders, PHP and related services● Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal development teamsRequirements:● 1–3 years of experience in business development or presales for IT/web development services● Solid understanding of Word Press architecture, custom development, CMS usage, plugins, and themes● Basic understanding of hosting, domain configuration, or frontend/backend workflows● Experience in creating technical documentation and client proposals● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English● Familiarity with tools like Upwork, Indeed, freelancer.com/, Google Docs, Google sheet, Power Point,Click Up, Ms Team, and Slack
