Job Description:
Provide top-notch customer service to our US clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (B2 Low and above).
Minimum HSC Pass.
Freshers and candidates with International BPO experience (6 months+) welcome to apply.
Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
