Mission of the Role: Deputy manager for Travel_Finance SSC

Key Objectives of this Role: The person will be responsible for auditing the expense reports for US & Europe region in Concur , manage the corporate card program & be single point of contact for global implementation & post implementation support for travel booking tool in Concur. He will be managing the T&E process & support travel booking tool as part of finance Shared services team.

Key Performance Indicators: KPIs include timely audit of expense reports to ensure compliance with global T&E policy, timely & effective management of corporate cards, timely implementation of global travel booking tool & support travellers in troubleshooting issues in travel booking.

Key Year One Deliverables: Effectively transition T&E audit process, manage corporate card program & effectively implement travel booking portal

Qualification, Experience and Skills: Specify the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience required to perform the role, including education, certifications, and work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting /management 8 +years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment. Experience in managing teams & Accounting operations Experience collaborating with Senior managers & above & external stakeholders
