Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines and data sets using Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), PySpark, and Data Flows.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and data integration solutions using Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and PySpark.

- Develop and maintain data processing jobs, data ingestion processes, and data transformation logic.

- Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement data quality checks and data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and data processing jobs.

- Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment of data solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of data engineering and cloud computing.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-12 years of experience in data engineering roles, with a strong focus on building data pipelines and data integration solutions.

- Proficiency in Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), PySpark, and Data Flows.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, preferably on the Azure platform.

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and non-relational databases.

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Azure Data Engineering or related fields.

- Experience with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
