CampX is looking for dynamic, consultative, and result-driven Regional Business Head in Maharashtra, NCR Region, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamilnadu to lead enterprise-level engagements with Universities, Autonomous Colleges, and K-12 Institutions across India. Our mission is clear —“Everything about your campus, just a prompt away.”Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end consulting and sales cycle for enterprise university and K-12 clients.- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Deans, Controllers of Examinations & School Principals.- Understand institutional workflows, challenges, and strategic goals to position CampX as the ideal transformation partner.- Present compelling demos of CampX platform across Admissions, Examinations, Payments, Academics, HRMS, Learning, and Campus Operations.- Map requirements across multiple departments and create solution alignment proposals.- Coordinate with technical, product, and implementation teams to create personalized proof-of-concept (POC) demos.- Prepare detailed business proposals, pricing plans, and ROI analysis for management.- Own closure targets and drive revenue through multiple verticals (Universities, Autonomous Colleges, K-12 Schools).- Build long-term strategic relationships with institutional leadership.- Maintain CRM entries, follow-up logs, and pipeline forecasts.- Represent CampX in educational conferences, product showcases, and demos.Qualifications- Strong understanding of education industry workflows — University, Autonomous Colleges, K-12.- Excellent presentation skills with ability to engage CXOs and academic leaders.- Experience with ERP / SIS / LMS / CRM solutions preferred.- Strong consulting mindset — ability to ask the right questions and diagnose problems.- High confidence in navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.- Exposure to EdTech or SaaS product sales is a strong advantage.- Ability to understand technical modules and communicate them in simple language.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel.- Preferred: 2–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, business development, or ERP domain.Perks & Growth Opportunities- Work directly with leadership and shape state-level digital transformation projects.- Opportunity to consult with top universities across India.- Fast-growth role with accelerated career progression.- Competitive salary + performance incentives.- Travel allowance and client-onsite engagement privileges.- Exposure to AI-driven EdTech solutions and multi-LLM environments (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).- Learn advanced enterprise consulting, product strategy, and education governanceKey Performance Indicators- Monthly & Quarterly Revenue Targets – closures across University, Autonomous and K-12 segments.- Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate – number of qualified consultations converted into demos & proposals.- Demo-to-Closure Ratio – effectiveness of technical presentations.- CRM Hygiene & Reporting Accuracy – weekly updates of funnel, follow-ups, and closure forecast.- Proposal Turnaround Time – speed and quality of solution proposals and POCs.- Pilot/POC Conversion Rate – conversion of evaluation cycles into contracted customers.Software Tools Known- CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, FreshSales, Salesforce- Product Demos: Loom, Zoom, Google Meet, ScreenFlow- Documentation Tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Notion, Confluence- Project Management: Trello, Jira, Asana, Linear- Product Knowledge Advantage: ERPNext, Moodle, OBE Platforms, SIS, LMS, BI Systems- Basic Analytics Tools: Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Sheets Dashboard- Communication Platforms: WhatsApp Business, Stripe/
