Protein World is a global nutrition and wellness brand committed to helping customers achieve their health and fitness goals. As part of a group of companies spanning health, telecoms, recruitment, and construction, we’re looking for dynamic individuals who can drive growth and optimize systems across our businesses.
We are currently based in Gurgaon on a five-acre plot owned by the group, which will undergo an exciting transformation within the next year. This land will be developed into a state-of-the-art IT center, featuring a Protein World gym, health store, and a modern office building, creating a hub for innovation and growth. In the meantime, our operations are run from the existing office on this plot.
Role Overview
The E-commerce Growth Manager will lead efforts to scale our e-commerce business and other verticals in the group. You’ll be responsible for understanding and optimizing systems, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing actionable strategies to deliver results. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to execute multiple tests and initiatives within tight timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
• Systems Optimization:
• Work across various software systems (e.g., CRM, Shopify, email marketing, HR, and web development platforms) to identify inefficiencies and implement optimizations.
• Simplify, centralize, and systemize processes to improve productivity and scalability.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze data from e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and other business systems to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks.
• Use advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools to present insights and recommend actionable strategies.
• Growth Initiatives:
• Plan, execute, and analyze growth experiments to optimize sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for e-commerce and other group businesses (health, telecoms, recruitment, construction).
• Testing and Execution:
• Conduct A/B tests, user experience optimizations, and other experiments to improve business outcomes.
• Track and report results, continuously refining strategies to achieve better performance.
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
• Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Adapt quickly to new software and technologies, providing solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

• Education and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, analytics, or growth-focused roles.
• A strong background in data analysis, systems optimization, and business growth strategies.
• Skills and Expertise:
• Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo), and other business tools.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
