Position Summary You will manage the Raxaul territory to grow customer relationships, meet sales targets, and deliver value to healthcare professionals. You will work closely with internal teams to plan and coordinate activity. We value people who are curious, reliable, and driven to learn. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Deliver territory sales targets by planning and executing regular field visits to healthcare professionals. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other local healthcare stakeholders. - Create and follow a territory business plan that uses customer insights to prioritise opportunities. - Track and report activity and results accurately using company systems. - Work with internal colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve service delivery. - Keep learning about market trends and new ways of working to improve performance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum 1 year of field sales or territory management experience. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory. - Good communication and relationship-building skills. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales. - Strong planning and organisational skills. - Ability to use customer data to shape actions and decisions. - Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. - Fluency in local languages used in the Raxaul area. - High motivation to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
