Role: Senior Business Analyst Experience: 6 - 8 years Work Location: ChennaiJob Summary: As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions, and supporting data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, conducting workflow analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving user-reported incidents. Key Responsibilities: • Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and RCM systems • Conducting workflow analysis and data validation • Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability • Collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions • Performing system adjustments to resolve production issues • Conducting data analysis and root cause investigation • Collaborating with vendors to address integration issues • Identifying process improvement opportunities in EHR/RCM workflows Tech Stack: • - Experienced in workflow analysis and data validation • - Skilled in data analysis and SQL querying • - Collaborates with engineering teams on integration issues Soft Skills Required: • - Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders • - Teamwork and collaboration in agile environments • - Accountability and ownership of tasks • - Proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving • - Analytical thinking for system evaluation and improvement
