Job Description NDIS Support Coordinator (Remote / Work from Home) IMMEDIATE START We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support individuals living with psychosocial disabilities to implement and manage their NDIS plans, working within a recovery-oriented, person-centred framework. You will empower participants to build capacity, navigate the NDIS system, and connect with the right mix of supports and services to achieve meaningful life outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health, advocacy, and community services, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with participants, families, and service providers. Key Details Location: Remote / Work from Home Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm Employment Type: Temporary (2 months with potential extension) Salary: Attractive hourly rate Key Requirements Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment Current National Police Check (within last 6 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check Experience in mental health, disability, or community services.
