The company specializes in aftermarket hydraulic cylinders for surface and underground mining equipments.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders at Vektra Engineering Pvt Ltd in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing all design aspects of hydraulic cylinders and leading a team of designers and engineers. The Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders will be responsible for design management, visual design, costing, product design, to ensure high-quality and innovative hydraulic cylinder solutions for various industries.QualificationsDesign Management and Product Design skillsCosting of Hydraulic CylindersVisual Design and Branding skillsExperience in designing hydraulic cylinders or related mechanical productsStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materialsProficiency in CAD software and other design toolsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureStrong teamwork and leadership skillsExperience in the manufacturing industry iBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
