Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders at Vektra Engineering Pvt Ltd in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing all design aspects of hydraulic cylinders and leading a team of designers and engineers. The Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders will be responsible for design management, visual design, costing, product design, to ensure high-quality and innovative hydraulic cylinder solutions for various industries.
Qualifications
- Design Management and Product Design skills
- Costing of Hydraulic Cylinders
- Visual Design and Branding skills
- Experience in designing hydraulic cylinders or related mechanical products
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry i
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
