PURPOSE OF THE ROLE / FUNCTIONAL CONTEXT: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining site level role directory and up-to-date Job description (including competency profile) of all positions. Implementing the recruitment strategy of the site for both white and blue-collared positions by focusing on building diverse talent pipeline internally and through external recruitment. Identifying right sources & recruitment agencies including head hunting from target companies, with a critical criterion for screening. Maintain & administer contracts with Local Collages, Employment Exchange, Apprentice Board for hiring technical trainees / apprentice to build diverse talent pipeline for Future internal workforce requirements. Support and Facilitate Functional leads on identifying training needs basis the competency gap Identified during the performance review. Developing the Site level yearly Training Plan, facilitate & tracking the Training Execution basis the yearly plan. Track to get the Training Evaluations done by functional heads. Maintain MIS on training and training record management. Maintaining Training Records and Updating Training Data Inputs in Training Tracker. HR Documentation and MIS / Data Reporting: Management of E2E New Employee Joining Documentation: Pre-Employee Medical Examination, Documentation on Background Verification, Getting Joining Documentation Kit duly filled, Creating Employee ID in HR link, Maintaining Employee Personal File, Issuing uniform & Safety Shoes before start of Induction schedule. ECS Reporting Monthly & Quarterly, notifying accurate data & no deviation on timelines. Maintaining Employees Attendance, Leave, Overtime, All kinds of Salary advances Management, any such authorized payroll deductions in salary with complete accuracy. Salary Inputs Upload to payroll team, Salary Register Verification within the time and with complete accuracy. Maintaining attendance & Salary management of Apprentice, Interns & Outsourced Employees. Partnering in developing & implement strategies for recruitment and building internal female talent pipeline for creating gender balanced & diverse work force at Hyderabad PC Structured Onboarding process for the new joinees, for smooth transition to organizational ways of working environment & Value based culture. Facilitate in the half yearly Technical Learning and Performance review process of Female Technical Trainees to retain the High Performing Trainees for future recruitment needs. Reviewing Infra-structural Gaps Vs. Requirements and accordingly closing gaps, enabling to create inclusive working environment for the diverse work force. Educating employees on POSH and creating awareness (gender sensitization) on having right behavior while working in a gender diverse workplace. Facilitate and support for grievances redressal of all female employees of Hyderabad PC. Driving P&D Review : Process & Procedure setting of Blue Performance & Development Year-end Review. Ensure the P&D Reviews process is carried systematically without deviation to its objective. Ensure all employees P&D reviews are completed in time with rigors follow-up with line leads by end of October every year. Compile Training Need of Blue collared from P&D Process review forms and finalize the Training plan with Departmental heads by end of November. General Administration: Supporting in Organizing the Employee Engagement Initiatives at Site. Maintaining Office Desk Phones, Employee Handsets and network sim cards administration without any Service interruption. Educational: Master’s in Human Resource Management / MBA HR, having bachelor’s in law would be an added advantage to this role. Telegu speaking candidate. Experientialyears of experience in a HR Generalist, preferably working experience in Factory. Knowledge and experience in designing and implement HR lifecycle processes for a large group of employees. Knowledge in Labour Laws. Behavioral Competencies: Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening, and group facilitation Excellent planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Ability to successfully collaborate across different teams and stakeholders. Health and Safety awareness for a Manufacturing environment: Participate in Planned workplace inspections, Risk Assessment, near miss reporting, accident investigations. Encouraging safe behavior in Employees. Undertaking periodic training in safe work practices, system requirements to operating colleague and, where necessary, re-training.
