Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping. Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for different business units and cost centres. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings (in coordination with consultants where required). Assist in internal audits, process reviews, and implementation of internal controls and financial policies. Maintain and update asset registers, expense tracking, and cost allocation on a regular basis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Admissions, etc.) for financial data, approvals, and process streamlining. Support senior management with data-driven insights, financial models, and ad-hoc analyses for decision-making. Contribute to automation, system improvements, and implementation of best practices in accounting and reporting. Requirements / Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) – fresh CAs and those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of accounting principles, Indian accounting standards, and basic taxation (GST, TDS, income tax). Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software. Strong analytical and numerical ability with high attention to detail and accuracy. High ownership, reliability, and an execution-focused mindset. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
