You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, marketplace optimization, and growth strategy execution, working closely with both clients and internal cross-functional teams.You will also guide junior specialists, ensuring campaign excellence and process discipline.iKey ResponsibilitiesPerformance OwnershipManage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.) and other marketplaces(Flipkart, Quick comm)Conduct deep-dive analysis into KPIs such as ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, and sales trends to identify performance levers.Develop and implement data-driven optimization plans across bids, budgets, placements, and targeting.Manage A/B tests for creative, product titles, and copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
