We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus and proven expertise in the MERN stack to take complete ownership of system architecture and development. This role demands a hands-on leader capable of delivering scalable, high-performance applications end-to-end.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement end-to-end architecture for complex web applications.- Lead backend development using Node.js and Express.js, with strong MongoDB optimization skills.- Develop responsive, maintainable frontends using React.js.- Define coding best practices, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and timely delivery.Requirements- 6–8+ years professional experience (less than 6 years not eligible).- Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).- Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and database optimization.- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).- Strong GitHub portfolio demonstrating quality work—mandatory.- Must be able to join within 30 days (highly preferred)
