We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus and proven expertise in the MERN stack to take complete ownership of system architecture and development. This role demands a hands-on leader capable of delivering scalable, high-performance applications end-to-end. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end architecture for complex web applications. - Lead backend development using Node.js and Express.js, with strong MongoDB optimization skills. - Develop responsive, maintainable frontends using React.js. - Define coding best practices, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and timely delivery. Requirements - 6–8+ years professional experience (less than 6 years not eligible). - Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and database optimization. - Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred). - Strong GitHub portfolio demonstrating quality work—mandatory. - Must be able to join within 30 days (highly preferred)
