Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
3. Training and Development:
Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and educational opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
4. Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Work with managers to set performance goals and objectives for employees.
Identify performance issues and develop improvement plans as necessary.
5. HR Administration:
Maintain accurate HR records, including employee information, attendance, and personnel files.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, leave management, and HR reporting.
6. HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide input on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management roles, with knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
