The successful candidate will have a strong design background, excellent technical skills, and proven leadership abilities.Key Responsibilities:1. Design Leadership: Lead design teams in developing and implementing project designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.2. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality services.4. Team Management: Mentor and guide junior architects, providing feedback, and promoting professional growth.5. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery.6. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and interior design, to ensure integrated project delivery.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.2. Experience: 18 to 20+ years of experience in architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership role.3. Skills:- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.- Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.4.
