We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Coordinator with an engineeringbackground and an MBA degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year ofprofessional experience and possess strong skills in PowerPoint creation, Excel, documentation, andexcellent written and verbal communication. This role requires the ability to present pitcheseffectively to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external customers tounderstand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Presentation Development: Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks forclient meetings and internal reviews.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and preparation of sales-relatedmetrics.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage detailed documentation, including proposals,contracts, and compliance reports.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities such as lead qualification, productdemonstrations, and preparing sales proposals.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensureseamless communication and project execution.
  • Pitch Delivery: Present solutions confidently to clients, showcasing the value of thecompany's products or services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in pre-sales or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong documentation abilities for preparing detailed reports and proposals.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skill:
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments effectively

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
