Position: Telecaller
Location: Banjara Hills
Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Qualification: Intermediate (Inter) / Degree

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Promote and sell company products or services over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
