Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control

  • Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure production meets the company's quality standards.
  • Implement strict quality control measures at each stage of manufacturing.
  • Address recurring defects and coordinate with QC for root-cause analysis and preventive actions.

Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate supervisors, operators, and workers.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor attendance, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
  • Drive a culture of safety, responsibility, and accountability.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Identify areas of waste and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Reduce production cycle time and increase output efficiency.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and proper care of machines.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with the stores and purchase team for raw material availability.
  • Track production costs and ensure operations within budget.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain and analyze production records, MIS reports, and performance KPIs.
  • Report daily production status, challenges, and improvements to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.51 per month
