Position: Production Engineer
Number of Positions: 01
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Mode of Work: Work from Office Only
Joining: Immediate Joiner
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
  • Maintain production records and prepare reports for management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
  • Guide and support operators and technicians in achieving production targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Knowledge of automation systems and industrial equipment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/production management software.
