Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled
Senior Embedded Systems Engineer
with 3-4 years of experience in embedded systems development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STM32 and ARM-based processors, along with hands-on expertise in Embedded Linux and RTOS. This role will focus on developing our wireless surveillance camera, integrating both hardware and software systems to create a seamless surveillance solution.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement embedded software for surveillance devices, from initial requirements to production deployment.Develop, code, test, and debug system software, ensuring robust performance and reliability.Review code, optimize system efficiency, and ensure scalability of system resources.Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration and system optimization.Provide post-production support, addressing any technical issues and optimizing product performance.Conduct risk analysis, system optimization, and continuous system improvement for power efficiency and memory usage.Document requirements, design specifications, and maintenance logs to support high-quality development and product lifecycle management.
QualificationsExperience : 3-4 years in embedded systems with proven development experience in STM32 and ARM-based processors.Technical Skills :Extensive hands-on expertise in Embedded Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).Proficiency in C, C++, and Embedded C for software development.Strong understanding of system optimization, memory management, and power consumption techniques.Knowledge of IP protocols, hardware subsystems, and schematic reading.Additional Skills :Experience in software configuration management, defect tracking, and peer review.Strong documentation skills for requirements, design, and testing.Ability to conduct research and collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Preferred Qualifications7+ years of direct embedded systems experience, with expertise in firmware development, real-time operating systems, and system optimization.Why Join Us?Become a part of an innovative company dedicated to creating impactful technology in defense.
