Role & responsibilities

1.Content Ideation & Creation

  • Develop engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Support product-specific campaigns by creating relatable and informative content tailored to FMCG products (e.g., beauty, wellness, food & beverages).

  • Social Media Management

  • Assist in scheduling, posting, and managing daily content calendars.

  • Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and support community building.

  • Trend Research & Brand Alignment

  • Stay updated with current social media trends, challenges, and viral formats in the FMCG space.

  • Suggest creative ideas that reflect market trends while staying true to the brands identity.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

  • Assist in planning influencer collaborations or UGC (User-Generated Content) initiatives.

  • Visual & Video Support

  • Help in basic video shooting/editing (e.g., product demos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes).

  • Ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with the brands aesthetic.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) and support in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data.
