Business Development Executive

Weare seeking an experienced Business DevelopmentExecutive (IT Field) to join our dynamic team. As aBusiness Development Executive you will be responsible forstrategic and operational business development includingidentifying new business opportunities searching for clientsexpanding our service offerings and facilitating marketexpansion.
Responsibilities:
- MarketResearch: Conduct indepth research on the ITindustry including emerging technologies market trends andcompetitors. Stay updated on industry developments to identifypotential opportunities.
- LeadGeneration: Generate and qualify leads throughvarious methods including networking cold calls emails referralsand attending industryevents.
- Client RelationshipManagement: Establish and nurture relationships withexisting clients understanding their needs and ensuring theirsatisfaction with IT products andservices.
- Sales and SolutionOffering: Develop and execute sales strategies topromote IT products and services. Present and explain IT solutionsto potential clients understanding their specific business needsand proposing suitablesolutions.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed and persuasive proposals andpresentations that highlight the benefits and Return on Investment(ROI) of the IT solutions offered. Customise proposals to addressthe unique requirements of eachclient.
- Negotiation and ContractManagement: Negotiate contracts pricing and termswith clients or partners. Ensure that contracts meet legal andcompanystandards.
- Networking: Attend IT industry events trade shows and conferences to build astrong professional network identify potential partners and stayupdated on industrytrends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and IT expertswithin the organisation to understand the capabilities of theproducts and services and align them with clientneeds.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activitiesincluding the sales pipeline market analysis and clientinteractions. Provide regular reports to management on progress andresults.
Qualifications:
- ABachelors degree in IT computer science business or a related fieldis typically required. Some positions may prefer a Mastersdegree.
- Applicants must have 13 year ofexperience specifically in handling UI/UXprojects
- A solid understanding of IT productsservices and industryspecific terminology is crucial for effectivecommunication and clientunderstanding.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills are necessary to convey complex technicalinformation to nontechnical clients.
- Strongsales and negotiation skills are vital to close deals and meet orexceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about ITindustry trends emerging technologies andcompetitors.
- Business Development Executives inthe IT field must adapt to rapidly changing technology and marketconditions.
- A high level of selfmotivation isessential for setting and achieving sales targets andgoals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software andother IT tools for lead management and client relationshipmanagement.
- Effective problemsolving skills toaddress client needs and provide suitable ITsolutions.
