A US-based MNC in Global Education, with its ecosystem in almost 90 countries, is looking for a
Sharp Instructional Designer
to join their Global Content Management team. The client pioneers education and implements innovative initiatives to make high-quality education accessible worldwide. Subject Matter is primarily connected to HR, Data Science and Finance, Blockchain etc. Their team strives to provide education solutions and management services to cater to the ever-changing learning requirements of people across the globe.
Role Description:
Strategic Leadership
- Developing and implementing the overall instructional design strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Providing strategic direction for learning and development initiatives.Advanced Need Analysis
- Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify learning gaps and requirements. Collaborating with organizational leaders to align training needs with business goals. Utilizing data analytics and feedback to refine needs analysis processes.Strategic Learning Objectives
- Defining and refining learning objectives that are strategic and outcome-focused. Ensuring objectives align with broader organizational goals and performance metrics. Employing advanced frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy to structure objectives.Instructional Design and Methodology
- Applying advanced instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to develop robust learning experiences. Integrating evidence-based practices and emerging trends in instructional design.Content Development & Curation
- Developing high-quality, engaging instructional materials, including multimedia and interactive content. Curating existing content and resources to create cohesive learning paths. Utilizing advanced authoring tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.Technology Integration and Innovation
- Leveraging advanced e-learning tools and platforms to create immersive learning experiences. Implementing and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as VR, AR, AI, and gamification. Staying updated with technological advancements and integrating them into instructional design practices.Comprehensive Assessment and Evaluation
- Designing sophisticated assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Implementing formative and summative evaluations to continuously improve instructional materials. Analyzing evaluation data to make informed decisions about instructional design improvements.Project Management and Coordination
- Leading and managing instructional design projects from conception to completion. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, developers, and stakeholders. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for instructional materials and programs. Conducting regular reviews and updates of instructional content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Implementing continuous improvement processes based on learner feedback and assessment data.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Acting as a liaison between the instructional design projects & key stakeholders. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and departments. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.Documentation and Reporting - Maintaining detailed documentation of instructional design processes, decisions, and outcomes. Creating comprehensive reports on project status, effectiveness, and ROI. Ensuring transparency and accountability through regular updates and presentations to stakeholders.

Knowledge of Leaning connected to Body of Knowledge, creating assessment areas and managing the overall product content on books, website, brochures and dashboard, using American contemporary English. Some experience in writing white papers, rewriting/updating/recycling the next version of old content and managing assessment items. Masters Degree with zero edit level publish-ready American English & experience of 12-20 years.
