Requirement details:

Role : Analyst-M&A

Experience : 2-5 Years

Location : Pune

Job Description

  • Strategic Initiatives – Assist on the new strategic initiatives including business transformation, revenue expansion strategies, etc.
  • Business Analysis – Co-ordinate Monthly Business Reviews of all the verticals and practices, assist the business leaders in putting together these Monthly reports, discussion documentation, and track progress on the key areas of discussion.
  • Investor & Board meeting preparation – Assist in putting together the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Board Presentations, and coordinate with the internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the report.
  • Client Meetings – Tracking the business relationship charts and client meeting calendar, working with Client Partners to get update on the upcoming meeting, and assisting the CEO with the client presentations.
  • Industry Peer Tracking – Quarterly benchmarking the KPIs of the competitors, assessing the business performance, and evaluating growth levers on case-to-case basis.
  • Research – Assisting the CEO with ad hoc industry research across diverse subjects including new age technology, specific industry, competitors, etc.

Qualifications

  • MBA from reputed University.
  • 2-5 years of experience in PMO, Strategy office
  • Interpersonal Skills – Subject Articulation, Written and Verbal Communication
  • PowerPoint Presentation and Advanced Excel
  • Working with Data Sources – , Capital IQ, and other publicly available sources
  • Market Mapping and Industry Research
