The candidate should be data-driven, creative, and deeply familiar with how app store algorithms work.You will be responsible for developing and executing ASO strategies, optimizing creative assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize app growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic growth.- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both Google Play and App Store.- Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and preview videos for higher conversion rates.- Monitor key performance metrics including installs, rankings, ratings, and conversion rates.- Plan and run A/B tests on app creatives and metadata to identify best-performing variations.- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement ASO best practices.- Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights for improvement.- Stay updated with the latest ASO trends, algorithm updates, and market opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in App Store Optimization (Android & iOS).- Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and conversion optimization.- Proficiency with ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, or AppFollow.- Familiarity with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and Firebase analytics.- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, and creative teams.Preferred:- Experience with mobile apps in lifestyle, wellness, or spirituality domains.- Knowledge of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition funnels.- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
