Job Title: ASO Expert (App Store Optimization Specialist) Experience: 3 Years Location: Sec 59,Noida Joining: Immediate About the Role: InstaAstro is looking for a skilled ASO Expert with 3 years of hands-on experience in driving app visibility, organic downloads, and improving conversion rates across Google Play and the App Store. The candidate should be data-driven, creative, and deeply familiar with how app store algorithms work. You will be responsible for developing and executing ASO strategies, optimizing creative assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize app growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic growth. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both Google Play and App Store. Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and preview videos for higher conversion rates. Monitor key performance metrics including installs, rankings, ratings, and conversion rates. Plan and run A/B tests on app creatives and metadata to identify best-performing variations. Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement ASO best practices. Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights for improvement. Stay updated with the latest ASO trends, algorithm updates, and market opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in App Store Optimization (Android & iOS). Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and conversion optimization. Proficiency with ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, or AppFollow. Familiarity with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and Firebase analytics. Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, and creative teams. Preferred: Experience with mobile apps in lifestyle, wellness, or spirituality domains. Knowledge of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition funnels. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
