We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to develop and implement automation solutions for apparel manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PLC programming, HMI design, motion control, and communication protocols. Experience in servo systems, VFDs, and industrial automation for textile or garment machinery will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement PLC logic for apparel manufacturing machinery.
  • Develop and configure HMI (Human Machine Interface) for seamless operator control.
  • Work with RS232, RS485, Ethernet/IP, and EtherCAT for machine communication.
  • Handle servo motors, PID controllers, analog I/O modules, and VFDs for precise motion control.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Integrate and configure encoders, relays, and contactors for machine control.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation and provide training for machine operators.
  • Ensure automation systems comply with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in PLC programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Delta PLC and INVT PLC is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation components, including sensors, actuators, relays, and contactors.
  • Expertise in servo drives, PID tuning, analog inputs/outputs, and VFD integration.
  • Good communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation systems effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SCADA for remote monitoring and control.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams.
