This individual will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, creating impactful marketing campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to drive business growth and client engagement.

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy AI & Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in utilizing advanced AI-driven tools to drive marketing strategies, content creation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms like Adcreative.ai, Jasper AI, Playground AI, Flick AI, and Minter.io, and be proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and video editing using tools like CapCut and InVideo.ai. This role is critical to expanding Innomax IT Solutions’ global reach and positioning as a leading IT solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize tools such as Jasper AI and Playground AI to generate compelling content, blogs, articles, and social media posts tailored to the IT solutions and healthcare technology sectors.• Ad Campaign Management: Develop and optimize AI-generated ads using Adcreative.ai for various platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to drive customer engagement and lead generation.• Data Analytics & Insights: Use Minter.io and other analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.• Video Content Creation: Leverage CapCut and InVideo.ai to create and edit engaging video content that promotes our IT services, healthcare solutions, and success stories with clients.• SEO & Social Media Management: Use Flick AI to optimize SEO strategy, and manage and grow Innomax’s presence across social media platforms. Ensure consistent brand voice and performance on LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.• Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to create and execute campaigns that align with Innomax IT Solutions’ overall strategic goals.• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and digital marketing, especially within IT services, software solutions, and healthcare technology, and implement best practices to stay ahead of competitors.• Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategies for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation using AI tools such as Adcreative.ai, Jasper AI, Playground AI, Flick AI, etc.• Strong knowledge of data analytics and performance tracking tools (Minter.io or similar).• Hands-on experience with video editing platforms like CapCut and InVideo.ai.• Expertise in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and optimizing for SEO and engagement.• Knowledge of the IT services or healthcare technology sectors is a plus.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
