Description
We are seeking a skilled Middleware WebLogic professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of WebLogic applications and middleware solutions that support critical business operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and security of WebLogic servers while ensuring high availability and reliability of service. As part of this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the WebLogic environment. In this fast-paced position, you will engage in configuration, deployment, and support of various middleware applications, as well as optimizing middleware performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Your expertise in WebLogic and related technologies will be essential as you implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Manage and configure WebLogic server environments for application deployment and support.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement middleware solutions tailored to business needs.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patches to WebLogic servers as required.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for all middleware operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Create and maintain backup and recovery strategies for WebLogic environments.
Requirements
- BE/B Tech and MCA IT.
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with WebLogic or similar middleware technologies.
- Strong understanding of application server architecture and administration.
- Hands-on experience with WebLogic installation, configuration, and tuning.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation tasks.
- Experience with security practices for WebLogic and middleware applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
