RolesandResponsibilities:

oThis position is responsible to manage foundational EHS systemsthat are utilized by the EHS organization with an emphasis on fieldrepair and manufacturingoperations
o Manage EHS complianceand process conformance identify opportunities for risk managementand manage and prevent related liabilities from a holistic EHSperspective..
o Responsible for ISOrelated documentation implementation and compliance for 14001 and45001..
o Support EHS statutoryand regulatory compliance programs and takes initiatives for EHSrelated improvements at EEIL India operations.
o Establishes internal processcontrols and HSE Documentation.
oServes as point of contact for HSE data collection ensuring thatdata is collected and consistent for the HSErequirements.
o Occasionalinterface with external regulatory agencies and internal andexternal legal counsel.
o Analyzeshistorical EHS compliance and performance data to determineopportunities for improvement and to support executive leadershipin decision making.
o Implementthe EHS strategic plan for Global Service Field and Repair andManufacturing Operations.
oDevelop and lead implementation of EHS systems collaboratingdeployment with EHS Manager
oManages the incident investigation process to identify trends bestpractices and opportunities for incidentprevention
o Establish HSE culturefollowing Corporate and Local site requirements. Prepare siteinduction onboarding and training plan for employees sitecontractors visitors and ensure adherence to training plan andrequirements.
Requirements oDegree/Diploma in Industrial Safety Environmental Health and Safetyor related field plus 10 15 years of applicable experience in amanufacturing or industrial environment.
o Experience in EHS department inOffshore / Oil & Gas / MarineIndustries
o Ability to conductworkshops and prepare SafetyReports
o Excellent computerskills (Excel Word PowerPoint data bases and internet basedsystems) required.
o Hands onexperience in handling operations Maintenance & Services ofCETP
o Hands on experience onstatutory regulations compliance monitoring andreporting.
