is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition.
Little Joys
is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
We’re looking for an Instagram social marketing expert to scale our digital advertising efforts and execute content for Little Joys
Responsibilities:
Brainstorm content and articulate it into simple eye-catching visuals.Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsCollaborate with other teams, like marketing and sales to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsExecute reels, photoshoots of kids etc. for social mediaPost and experiment weekly with timings, and hashtags.Lead the ideation, creation and management of Instagram ad creatives working closely with our in-house design teamsStay informed of relevant industry and paid media platform trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Must have good understanding of design, content, and trending Instagram post curated for parentsProactive self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projectsProven work experience as a Social media managerMeticulous, Detailed Oriented & OrganizedFast learner who will embrace the opportunity to take on more responsibility quicklySomeone who is willing to constantly try different approaches and is okay with multiple of them failing, till the right approach is identified.Ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail
